Daphne was the first full-time Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant for the Naval Medical Home Port in Charleston prior to starting her private practice in Charleston, SC to offer her expertise in working with couples, families, children and adolescents..
Daphne is also a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are couples and marriage therapy, ADD assessment and treatment with adolescents, adults and children; stress related disorders including anxiety, obsessive compluslive.and depressive disorders. Dr. Timmons conducts psychological evaluations and career assessments to provide the knowledge to guide successful therapy and coaching.

Dr. Timmons works closely with physicians in develping wellness programs and collaborating in the treatment of stress related medical problems including obesity, hypertension, insomnia, chronic headaches, diabetes and other medical problems.

Dr. Timmons is licensed as a Practicing Psychologist and Health Services Provider in North Carolina and she was licensed in South Carolina as a psychologist.
Dr. Timmons has extensive training in psycholgical evaluations, leadership and career assessments. She has extensive clinical training in EMDR, Gestalt Therapy, Family Therapy, Child and Adolescent Therapy, Family Therapy and ADD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. She has trained as a Coach with CTI, New West Ventures and she isa Certified Strategic Workforce Planner.
Dr. Timmons is Certified by BUMED of the Department of Defense as an Integrative Behavioral Health Consultant.
Dr. Timmons is currently involved in trainings in advanced EMDR, Telebehavioral Health, Mindfulness and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Continuous learning is her life long passion.
